Baker Hill Golf Club
The Baker Hill Golf Club is a privately
owned 18 hole golf course located on 260 acres of farm land
in Newbury, New Hampshire. The project included planning, permitting and
design for the course,
driving range, clubhouse and grounds keeping facility.
Jesseman Associates
was selected by the
Baker Hill Golf Club Board of Governors to work with
Rees Jones, renowned Golf
Course Architect
on the design of the course.
Sediment and Erosion Control Design and Permitting to protect an adjacent
scrub/shrub wetland
and the sensitive Lake Sunapee watershed were completed.
